The world of L&D and eLearning in particulate has been distorted by buzzwords, bells and whistles and both over-complication AND over simplification. Ultimately, the biggest losers are the people in your organisation.

The purpose of this session will be to trigger critical thinking and plan seeds of disruption, to return to the focus of what we L&D should be about; helping people become better. Raf will spend some time destroying the shiney, salesy veneer of buzzwords and unpack what we are really trying to achieve with things like gamification, mLearning, video, adaptive learning, etc.
