Scott has been an adult educator for more than two decades. He has worked in government, academic, and corporate organizations, in local, national, and international settings. Presently, Scott is the Sr. Director of Contact Center Training at Harte Hanks and also provides consulting work to organizations seeking to better their measurement evaluation strategies and processes. A published author, Scott holds a Ph.D. in adult education and a master of education with an emphasis in organizational development, both from the University of Georgia as well as a second master’s degree in evaluation and statistics from the University of Illinois – Chicago. Scott conducts applied research in the areas of alternative methods of evaluation training and cultural/contextual impacts on training and post-course survey ratings.
